Kate Shela is a dance teacher known for her passion and an ability to create community and tribe. Her background includes having trained at The Esalen Institute in California as a body-worker, teaching with The Sacred Trust in shamanic studies and being an accredited 5 Rhythms teacher apprenticed to Gabrielle Roth since 1992. She has been teaching in Brighton since 1998. Kate possesses a bold improvisational style and a sense of humour that seeks out magic in the everyday.
