Drop-in Classes:
Adult Tap - Starts 3rd January

We also have adult tap taking place in studio 2 on Tuesdays evening with Drew Wood. General level will start at 6.15pm and Advanced at 7.15pm. Both classes are drop-ins so you can simply turn up and pay £7 on the door.

5 Rhythms – Starts 3rd January

We run a 5Rhythms evening class every Tuesday at 8.15pm - 10.15pm with Alain Allard. The class is a regular health tonic; efficient holistic movement medicine for body, heart and soul.

All levels of experience are welcome to any session on a drop-in basis. In addition, the intention is to build week by week throughout the course of the term a deepening sense of dancing tribe.

In this way the class also provides some sense of community and a chance to meet up each week and share space, movement and a few words. Classes are £10.00 and located in studio 2

To book on any of the courses, please complete the enclosed registration form and return to the centre with your payment (cheques payable to Brighton College Services). If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to give us a call on 01273 704309.

Best Wishes,

The Dance Team
